ALOUD programs take place in Central Library’s Mark Taper Auditorium.

For programs that are FULL-Standby Only: Standby tickets will be available at the door, in person only, beginning one hour prior to the program. Unclaimed reservations will be released to stand-by patrons just before the program begins.

A book signing follows most author programs. Books are available for purchase at the program, courtesy
of the Library Store.

A book signing follows most author programs. Books are available for purchase at the program, courtesy of the Library Store. We encourage you to purchase books on-site, as proceeds from book sales benefit the Los Angeles Public Library and support programs like ALOUD, teen and children programs, and adult literacy projects. Library Associates receive 10% off.
